Dave is particularly effective as a communicator and problem-solver. With over seven years of experience in developing strategic and business plans, assessing operations and enhancing performance, he has proven skills in strategic planning, market analysis, collaboration and merger facilitation, financial modeling, medical group assessment and development and operations improvement. Dave's expertise also includes a substantial financial component, as illustrated by his work in cost benefit financial modeling, analyses and feasibility studies.

Dave assisted senior management to develop a strategic plan to assess the organization's competitive position, review product line profitability, develop an ancillary service marketing program and develop a patient satisfaction survey process.
