Deirdre brings 17 years of experience to her clients and to our organization as President. She has assisted clients in resolving complex strategic, governance and physician issues and in positioning strategically for future success.

Deirdre excels at helping clients with strategic positioning, prioritizing key initiatives and in helping to create spontaneous, special moments where management teams move to a higher level of performance. She is highly regarded as a speaker and facilitator of strong relationships.

Deirdre was educated at the University of Iowa, served as a hospital administrator, and was a consulting partner with KPMG/Peat Marwick prior to joining McManis.
