John brings experience as a project leader and frequent lead analyst to every project he takes on. With experience in organizational analysis and performance improvement, service-line and program planning, new hospital development, strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, network development, managed care strategy and medical staff development, John has developed numerous performance improvement, financial, demand forecast and physician need methodologies.

With McManis, John has provided a broad range of services for diverse clients, including new hospital market analysis and feasibility, service-line development, operational/performance improvement services and many merger facilitations.

John received his BA from the University of Buffalo and his MHA from Georgia State University. He is a former hospital administrator, and a former Vice President for Planning and Marketing for the consulting division of VHA, Inc.
