Lisa brings her varied experience in developing financial projections, performing scenario analyses comparing various financial outcomes and developing and analyzing discounted cash flow analyses.

Her work has included new product evaluation, financial modeling, expansion analyses and market analysis, including financial modeling of various delivery strategies and the development of recommended strategies under various membership growth scenarios.

In addition, Lisa has worked with various long-term care providers considering the development of assisted living, skilled nursing or other housing products for older adults, particularly related to financial feasibility assessments for long-term care providers considering such growth.

Lisa came to us via the University of Iowa, the University of Notre Dame, Dun & Bradstreet, Moore Fischer Coddington LLC and Price Waterhouse LLP. Ms. Fraizer is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
